She also created the flower arch/arrangement for my ceremony, decorated my bouquet, and gave practical advice on numerous topics (including marriage license paperwork, vendor recommendations, etc.). She also brought an emergency cleaning kit to help clean my wedding dress. It ended up saving the day when some dark chocolate pudding spilled on my dress (it was not a small amount). The cleaning kit worked remarkably well (no one knew that it even happened)!

She also has helpful software to create a detailed timeline and a different software to customize the layout for your specific venue which I really enjoyed using. I was a more hands on bride and enjoyed planning my wedding and felt like Brittney was there if I had questions but we never stepped on each others toes. She definitely can be more hands on for the bride’s that need additional support.

Everything on the wedding day was super smooth from my perspective. There were 2 issues that Brittney was able to resolve: one with a food table setup for cocktail hour which Brittney was able to fix with the caterer and the other with darker florals than I was picturing for some of the arrangements and she went around making sure they were removed.

Overall, I was able to enjoy my day without worrying about setting up decor, timing, cleaning up, etc. I appreciate Brittney’s help as my coordinator!"

We had a consultation meeting, and the rest was history. We hired Forever Moments for their wedding coordinator package with a bonus given for their decor package (they offer full planning as well) but we received so much more than assistance on our wedding day. Brittney is a wonderful person, a great communicator, she comes with lots of recommendations, and a solid planning timeline. She was always available outside of our scheduled calls with any questions or concerns I had and did a wonderful job of making me feel heard. What stands out about Brittney is how much she listens just as much as she observes. During the styled shoot, there was a flat lay I was trying to photograph under the scorching sun, and she immediately noticed I was struggling to manage the harsh light.
