The Essential Moments Package
(Month-of Coordination)
For couples who can plan their own wedding and secure their vendors, but need help with the logistics of running the event. Couples will receive monthly check-ins and start the coordination process two months leading up to the wedding day. During the coordination process, our team will lead meetings to create a timeline, floor plan, and decor setup list, along with attend the venue walkthrough. Our team will lead both the rehearsal and wedding day.
The Elite Moments Package
(Month-of Coordination + Design)
For couples who need help with both the wedding logistics and bringing their wedding vision to life. In addition to our coordination services in "The Essential Moments Package", couples will work alongside our certified design consultant to decide their wedding colors and styles. Our design consultant will then work behind the scenes to research and acquire the rentals and decor needed to complete the wedding vision. Pre-wedding coordination with your florist, as well as stationery design, is also included in this package.
The Premier Moments Package
(Full-Service Planning)
For couples who want all aspects of wedding planning and management covered so they can focus on their happily ever after. Start to end wedding planning services, event design, and month-of coordination are all included. More specifically, budget management, researching and acquiring wedding professionals, invitation assembling and mailing, and wedding website creation are just a few of the many services our team provides.
